Advanced Flux Vector Control

Built-in magnetic flux and torque closed-loop control (SVC / FVC) with fully decoupled vector control for excellent dynamic response.

High Starting Torque

Up to 200% rated torque at zero speed in closed-loop vector mode, with stable operation down to 0.01Hz for smooth starts under heavy load.

Super Over-Voltage & Over-Current Suppression

Real-time suppression prevents nuisance trips during rapid acceleration, deceleration, or load changes, and enables fast shutdown without a braking resistor.

Stable High-Speed Weak Magnetic Control

New weak magnetic control algorithm supports up to 12× high-precision weak-magnetic output, with output frequency up to 600Hz under vector control.

Book-Style Narrow Body Design

Approximately 60% smaller than the previous VD550 platform, with direct top-to-bottom heat dissipation for side-by-side cabinet mounting.

Flexible Plug-In Expansion

IO, PG (ABZ/Resolver), and communication expansion cards (Profinet, CANopen, Profibus-DP) can be swapped without removing screws.
